Scheduling Work Near Holidays
We understand the balancing act of keeping your business operational as much as possible, and still scheduling for maintenance of your IT systems. Please understand that during the holidays, we receive many requests for scheduled maintenance, execution of projects, and other work. These requests are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we often reach our maximum capacity of scheduled work months in advance of the final weeks of the year.
If you know you would like to engage DTP for work in a specific timeframe, don’t hesitate to reach out. Also, remember: DTP has flexibly payment and scheduling options to get your IT refresh projects scheduled months in advance, allowing you to schedule at the most convenient times while minimizing the impact to your patients and revenue streams.
End-of-Year Purchases
Another reminder for customers seeking to make end-of-year purchases within the 2023 tax year: please make sure to work with a sales engineer well ahead of the end of year to satisfy your budgetary needs, as many regulations require taking possession of purchased goods within the calendar year.
